Salarias Ramosus
Salarias Blennies should be added to well established aquariums with rock work for perching, hiding and grazing. They can be a bit aggressive and territorial towards their own kind. Known for their vovarious appetite for algae and will graze continuously, if ample algae isn't available supplement with algae-based foods. Salarias Blennies are often found in rocky reefs and logoons and rubble area. Salarias Blennies like to inhabit empty barnacle shells and mollusk tubes. Most Blennies lack or have very small swim bladders. Be sure to provide an aquarium with a tight-fitting lid as Blennies may jump.
The Starry Blenny is also known as the Snowflake Blenny. Starry Blennies sparkle with white spots against a dark mottled body colour. Starry Blenny can grow up to 13cm in length.
We recommend a minimum aquarium size of 130L or larger for this species.
