We do not offer DOA (Dead On Arrival) replacement for any livestock sent via Star Track courier.
However, we do offer DOA replacement/credit for livestock ONLY sent Airport to Airport, not the freight cost. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any packages damaged or delayed by the courier, as this is out of our control.
To make a DOA claim, please email photos within 1 hour of picking up the livestock, with the livestock clearly visible. This policy is only valid for orders sent Airport to Airport and excludes livestock sent with a courier.
We cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened or used. Before opening and using any product, please check the packaging to ensure you have received the correct product. If the packaging and it’s contents are still in a new and saleable condition, you may return them to us with 7 days for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Tasmanian and Western Australian customers will receive an additional fee for livestock up to 30 days after delivery. This is a mandatory quarantine charge via the government and that is in no way associated with us.
We offer $15 shipping costs for orders up to 5kg, for dry goods in Australia regardless of the quantity. This offer excludes bulky items or items over 5kg.
We use a range of courier services depending on your location. Delivery times are generally the same day or next day for livestock. In most situations, orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours with the exceptions of custom, personalized and pre-order items.
PLEASE NOTE: We only ship livestock Mondays and Tuesdays with couriers or Thursdays with airport pickup.
Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume.
Our couriers cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties. This includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.
All orders placed online will be delivered with trackable information. Once your order has been dispatched simply use the tracking ID on the chosen courier page or view our Order Tracking page.
